Refund policy
Preorder/Inspired items are final sale. If something is wrong with the item, it can be returned & reordered for you! I do not accept returns/cancellations because the product description was not read prior to purchasing. I do not have the room to store items that were purchased & then cancelled.
I do not accept messages anywhere besides the business email below. I cannot guarantee that they get seen. I try to reply within 24-48 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
When approved, refunds are given through the form of store credit & issued immediately. I will refund the same payment method if I made a mistake with an order & the customer doesn't want the item replaced.
