Shipping policy

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds. Please be sure to inspect all of your items upon receiving your package. Once your items leave our hands, we are no longer responsible for damages. We are also not responsible for damages that occur in the hands of UPS, or USPS. If a package was damaged by the carrier, you may reach out to the carrier for a refund. If for any reason there is damage that was overlooked on our end, we will replace the item, or issue a store credit. No refunds will be given. You must be able to show photographic proof of the damage, that clearly shows an issue with manufacturing.

Also, we are more than happy to reach out to the carrier. However, we will need to know immediately if an item was damaged in transit. If this occurs, you must keep the shipping container, and fillers for a claim if needed.
